Description

This grape salad is a creamy, sweet, and crunchy delight that’s perfect for any occasion. Juicy grapes are coated in a luscious cream cheese and sour cream dressing and topped with a sprinkle of pecans. It’s simple to make and always a crowd-pleaser.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 pounds red seedless grapes, stems removed
  • 2 pounds green seedless grapes, stems removed
  • 8 ounce block cream cheese, softened to room temperature
  • 1 ¼ cup plain Greek yogurt or sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • ¾ cup chopped pecans

Instructions

  1. Remove the stems from the grapes, rinse them well, and pat dry. Transfer them to a large bowl.
  2. In a separate bowl, beat the Greek yogurt (or sour cream), cream cheese, vanilla, and granulated sugar until smooth and creamy.
  3. Pour the mixture over the grapes and gently fold to coat them evenly.
  4. Stir half of the brown sugar and chopped pecans into the salad, keeping the rest aside for topping.
  5. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour or overnight. Serve chilled, sprinkled with the remaining pecans and brown sugar.
