Description
This French onion beef casserole is such a super easy dinner, perfect for busy weeknights, and is such a flavor-packed meal. You only need 6 simple ingredients and your meal is ready in under 35 minutes!

- 10 oz dried egg noodles
- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 1 tsp salt and pepper
- 2 10 oz cans of cream of mushroom soup
- 1 15 oz jar of lays French onion dip
- 1/2 cup French fried onions
- parsley, optional
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F and spray a 9×13 baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
- Cook the noodles according to the package instructions and drain.
- In a large pan, cook the ground beef over medium-high heat, crumbling it as it cooks. Season with salt and pepper, then drain any excess grease. Stir in the cream of mushroom soup and French onion dip until well combined.
- Mix in the cooked egg noodles and pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish. Top with fried onions and bake uncovered for 20 minutes.
- Garnish with parsley if desired and serve hot!
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days. Reheat in microwave or oven.
