Scale
  • 5-ounce can of tuna in water, drained
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons chopped celery
  • 2 tablespoons red onion, finely chopped
  • 3 small kosher dill pickles, finely chopped
  • 4 slices of bread
  • 2 slices of cheddar cheese
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix drained tuna, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, chopped celery, red onion, chopped dill pickles, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  2. Place the tuna mixture on 2 slices of bread.
  3. Top each with a slice of cheddar cheese.
