Ingredients

1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil

1 medium yellow onion, diced

1 green bell pepper, diced

2 pounds lean ground beef

3 teaspoons minced garlic (about 6 cloves)

3 cups beef broth

(2) 15 ounce cans diced tomatoes

(2) 15 ounce cans tomato sauce

3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

2 tablespoons Italian seasoning
-
2 teaspoons seasoned salt

3 bay leaves
-
2 cups elbobw macaroni noodles

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions

Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium high heat. Add onion, pepper, and ground beef. Cook until ground beef is browned thoroughly. Drain excess fat and return pot to stove.

Add garlic and cook 30 seconds, being careful not to burn.Â

Add broth, diced tomatoes, tomatoes sauce, Worcestershire, Lawry’s, Italian seasoning, bay leaves, and noodles. Bring to a light boil and cook 20 minutes or until pasta is tender.

Remove bay leaves. Add cheese and stir just before serving.
