Description

These tasty cornbread muffins are made with just 5 pantry staples and are ready in just 20 minutes. Baked to golden perfection, they’re a satisfying snack or the perfect side dish.


Ingredients

  • (2) 8.5 ounce boxes of Jiffy corn muffin mix
  • 1 (14.75 oz.) can of cream style corn
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 2 large eggs


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F, and line a muffin tin with liners, or spray with non-stick spray.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together corn muffin mix, cream style corn, milk, sour cream, and eggs.
  3. Fill the cups of the muffin tin about 2/3 full. Bake for 20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean.
