My Chocolate Peppermint Kiss Cookies are ready in 15 minutes with just four ingredients. They are rich, chocolaty, and perfect for holiday swaps or gifts!

- 15.25 oz. chocolate cake mix, I used triple chocolate fudge!
- 1/2 cup of butter, or 1 stick butter, softened
- 1 egg
- peppermint Hershey kiss chocolates
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and line your baking sheets with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, mix the chocolate cake mix, butter, and egg until a soft dough forms.
- Scoop about 1 tablespoon of dough, roll it into a ball, and repeat with the remaining dough.
- Place the rolled dough balls on the prepared baking sheets, leaving about 2 inches of space between each one.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the cookies are lightly golden around the edges.
- While the cookies are baked, unwrap the foil from the peppermint kiss-shaped chocolates.
- As soon as the cookies come out of the oven, carefully press one peppermint kiss-shaped chocolate into the center of each cookie.
- Let the cookies cool completely on a wire rack then transfer the cooled cookies to an airtight container to keep them fresh.
