Description

Looking for a tasty chocolate peanut butter fudge recipe without using condensed milk? You’ve come to the right place, this easy fudge recipe has just 4 ingredients and takes less than 10 minutes of prep time!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 10 ounce bag semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 16 ounce container chocolate frosting
  • 10 ounce bag peanut butter baking chips
  • 16 ounce container white frosting

Instructions

  1. Line a 8 by 8. or 9 by 9 inch square pan with parchment paper or spray with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Place the chocolate chips and peanut butter chips in two separate medium microwave safe bowls.
  3. Microwave the bowl of chocolate chips in 30 second intervals, stirring in between intervals. Continue for 2 minutes total or until the chips are just melted and smooth when stirred.
  4. Once the chips are smooth remove the lid and foil from the chocolate icing and microwave for one minute.
  5. Pour melted frosting into the melted chips and stir to mix.
  6. Repeat the process with the peanut butter chips and white icing.
  7. Heat chocolate mixture for 30 seconds if needed to rewarm. Alternate pouring the chocolate mixture and peanut butter mixture into the prepared pan to create that chocolate peanut butter fudge swirl.
  8. Tap dish on the countertop to remove any air bubble and refrigerate for 4 hours or until set.
  9. Slice into 1 inch squares and serve!

Notes

For easy slicing, run a chef’s knife under hot water to warm it. Wipe dry before slicing.

Store covered with plastic wrap or in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 7 days. To prevent fudge from sticking separate pieces with layers of wax paper or parchment paper.
