Description
Chicken Bacon Ranch Pasta Salad is an easy to make side dish for all your summer potlucks and gatherings. This pasta salad is loaded with tons of flavor thanks to the creamy ranch dressing.
Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked and cooled chicken breast, chopped
- 10 ounces rotini pasta
- ½ pound bacon, cooked and roughly chopped
- 8 ounces shredded cheddar cheese
- ½-1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- ½ small red onion, chopped
- 1 cup ranch dressing
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions, drain and rinse with cold water. Set aside.
- In a large bowl combine chicken, pasta, bacon, tomatoes, onion, and shredded cheese. Mix to combine.
- Add salad dressing and toss to coat. Chill at least 2 hours before serving.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator up to 3 days.
