Description

These incredibly easy 3-ingredient peanut butter cookies come together with just peanut butter, sugar, and an egg. Despite the short ingredient list, they deliver a classic peanut butter flavor and that classic chewy texture.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 large egg


Instructions

  1. Simply add all 3 of the ingredients together in a small bowl. Mix until well combined and the dough has thickened a bit.
  2. Roll out with a spoon or cookie scoop into a ball. Place on a baking sheet.
  3. Next, using a fork create a cross pattern.
  4. Bake for 8-10 minutes. Allow to cool for a few minutes before enjoying!
