1 lb pork sausage, 1 egg, 3/4 cup panko bread crumbs
1 T Italian seasoning
1/2 t salt & pinch of pepper
1 t onion powder
1 t garlic powder
lay on puff pastry
roll sausage mix into logs
pinch closed and cut into fourths
Brush with egg and 1 T water and bake at 435 for 25 minutes
