Strawberry Shortcake Sundaes


  • Sara Lee® All Butter Pound Cake thawed according to package directions
  • Breyers® BLASTS!® Sara Lee® Strawberry Cheesecake
  • One pint of strawberries prepared as noted below
  • 1 - 2 tablespoons sugar or your preferred sweetener


  1. Cut the strawberries into quarters and place into a bowl.
  2. Use a heavy bottomed drinking glass or potato masher to break up the berries.
  3. Sprinkle berries with sugar and refrigerate until ready to serve.

Assemble the Strawberry Shortcake Sundaes

  1. Top two slices of pound cake with a generous scoop of ice cream.
  2. Spoon the berries over the pound cake and ice cream and serve!
