Pineapple Rum Punch brings a taste of the tropics to you! This easy to make cocktail is perfect for serving up to a crowd.
It’s blazing hot here in south Georgia and since we can’t go on vacation this year, I decided to bring a taste of the tropics here!
We usually go on a cruise every year and always love taking catamaran excursions to snorkel. They always serve rum punch on the way back to the ship and it’s one of my favorite cocktails! It’s packed with flavor and easy to make by the pitcher for a crowd!
How to make Pineapple Rum Punch
You will need:
- coconut rum
- pineapple juice
- seltzer (or if you prefer, ginger ale)
I combine by ratio depending on whether you are making single serving or a carafe (I recommend the carafe!) I use 1 part rum to 3 parts pineapple juice to 1.5 parts seltzer.
For about 4-5 servings that works out to 1 cup of rum, 3 cups of pineapple juice and 1 8 ounce can of seltzer.
I will warn you, this is one of those cocktails where you can’t taste the alcohol so don’t drink too much!
It’s the perfect refreshing drink for hot summer days!
