It is made from a simple, classic recipe using only oil, vinegar, and egg yolk whichh yields a rich, creamy mayonnaise I just can't get enough of! Good enough reason for me! It's the perfect complement to the rest of the flavors in this Apple Bacon Grilled Cheese.
