I think making a good grilled cheese is practically an art form. And I love, love, love trying new grilled cheese recipes! This Havarti Apple Bacon Grilled Cheese is most definitely a winner and one you’ll want to put in your regular lunchtime rotation!

I use Blue Plate mayonnaise in this recipe because it was Voted #1 Mayonnaise by Epicurious. It is made from a simple, classic recipe using only oil, vinegar, and egg yolk whichh yields a rich, creamy mayonnaise I just can’t get enough of! Good enough reason for me! It’s the perfect complement to the rest of the flavors in this Apple Bacon Grilled Cheese.

I love this stepped-up gourmet grilled cheese recipe, and believe me when I tell you the Blue Plate mayonnaise makes the sandwich! You can Find recipes using Blue Plate Mayonnaise here and Find the product near you so you can make your own!
