I’ll admit it. Despite all of the desserts and treats that I have posted over the years, there is just something SO good about unwrapping a Little Debbie. Their oatmeal crème pies are lunch box classics! The cosmic brownies are out of this world! {See what I did there? 😉 } Chris even loves a good ol’ Star Crunch tucked in his lunch box for work. And don’t even get me started on Nutty Bars. But today, friends? We celebrate the Fudge Round. With 2 ingredient, unbelievably easy, totally tasty Fudge Round Truffles!!
Fudge Round Truffles
Just when we all thought that Fudge Rounds couldn’t possibly get better, I rolled them up and dipped them in chocolate! It’s either ridiculous or brilliant. But either way, they are SO delicious!
And no-bake. And even no-mixer. Heck, these are no bowl or utensil no bake treats!! You just roll up with your hand and dip them in chocolate. Okay, so I guess there is a bowl involved with the melted chocolate because otherwise that would be a big fat mess 😉

-
Yield: 24 Fudge Round Truffles
Ingredients
- One box of 12 Little Debbie Fudge Rounds
- Chocolate Candiquik
Instructions
- Cut each Fudge Round in half and smoosh and roll it into a ball.
- Place the Fudge Round balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment and pop them into the freezer while you melt the Candiquik.
- Melt a few squares of chocolate Candiquik – I think I used 3 or 4 – according to package directions.
- Remove Fudge Round balls from freezer and dip them in the Candiquik.
- Allow the excess Candiquik to drip off and return the Fudge Round truffles to the baking sheet.
- Use any leftover Candiquik to drizzle over the top of the truffles.
- Pop the truffles in the fridge to set up.
Yep, these are a real good thing. You can make 24 truffles out of each 12 count box, so plan accordingly. Because I can tell you that 1 box was not nearly enough. My boys plowed through a handful of these truffles with a tall glass of milk and asked for more. And the meanest mother on the planet said no, because 1. Six fudge rounds in a sitting would be crazy talk. and 2. Leave some for your mother!
