Ages ago, one of my very first jobs was in retail. At a very popular bath & body products store. And the holiday hours were long and at the end of my shifts, my feet were SORE. Like throbbing on the drive home sore. Like don’t take your shoes off until you aren’t going out anymore because you won’t be able to get them back on sore. Man how I wish I had this Cinnamon Rosemary Foot Soak back then!
Cinnamon Rosemary Foot Soak
If you have been around for a while, you know how much I love making sugar scrubs, bath salts, cooling spray, air fresheners and more with Young Living essential oils. This foot soak is a perfect gift for this busy time of year – especially for those people you know who work on their feet! Just add a few tablespoons to a large pan/bowl full of warm water (or one of those foot spas if you have one) and soak away! Can’t you just smell that warm cinnamon and crisp, refreshing rosemary?!
Easy gifts (like this one) are my absolute favorite. I made these two ingredient bath salts earlier this year and they were a huge hit. For this cinnamon rosemary foot soak, there are only two ingredients, too! Epsom salt and Young Living essential oils. These are two of my favorite essential oils lately …
Now, let’s get started – there are gifts to give and feet to soak!!
*This post has affiliate links for some of my favorite products {at no additional cost to you}! Any purchase supports new recipes, projects, gifts and more at Shaken Together … so thank you!*
The How-To
- In a glass bowl, add a heaping ⅓ cup of epsom salt
and 3-4 drops each Cinnamon Bark and Rosemary essential oils.
- Stir together until the oils are incorporated and there are no clumps left.
- Spoon into an air tight container – 4 oz quilted mason jars
or small ceramic crocks work perfectly!
- For gift giving, add a stamped tag with the contents and add the directions for use on the back of the tag.
- When you are ready to enjoy your cinnamon rosemary foot soak, sprinkle a few tablespoons in warm water and soak your feet!

I could really make good use of this foot soak. The lymphedema in left leg and foot would feel better after a good soak in this. My foot hurts so bad sometimes if I’ve been on my feet too much. Couldn’t hurt right? How much would be to buy those two oils?
Happy week

I love how simple all the recipes in the series are Keri … my feet feel like they have taken a real pounding recently and this would make a fab gift for self if that’s allowed 🙂
