Cheesy Easter Snack Mix
Now, my boys are 16 and 19. So while I don’t pack this in their lunch boxes (nor do they really have lunch boxes anymore), they will definitely chow down on this while catching up on Netflix or Fortnite. Just look at all that crunchy, cheesy goodness!
Not that a recipe is really required for something as simple as an Easter snack mix, but here is the ratio of bunny crackers to cheese balls to popcorn that I used 🙂

Ingredients
- 2 cups cheddar bunny crackers
- 2 cups white cheddar bunny crackers
- 4 cups white cheddar cheese balls
- 3 –4 cups white cheddar popcorn
Instructions
- In a large bowl, stir together the bunny crackers, cheese balls and popcorn.
- Store any leftovers in an airtight container or zip top bag for 3-4 days..
Make a batch with the kiddos and give each ingredient silly names:
- Cheddar bunny crackers – Peter Rabbits
- White cheddar bunny crackers – Easy bunnies
- White cheddar popcorn – bunny tails
- White cheddar cheese balls – bunny cheeks
If you want to add a little sweet to this Cheesy Easter Snack Mix, stir in:
- Pink chocolate candies or pink jellybeans: bunny noses
- Yogurt covered raisins or cranberries: bunny toes
- Mini marshmallows: bunny tails
- Pretzel sticks: bunny whiskers
- Bunny graham crackers: Easter bunnies
However you mix it up, just go ahead and get your munch on!
