Guys, this is a really important question: Where has bruschetta been all of my life?! Seriously. I was probably 35 years old before I tasted the glorious combination of tomatoes, garlic and basil, drizzled with olive oil and tangy balsamic vinegar. All of those missed years. All of that missed bruschetta.
Oh, but I’ve made up for lost time for sure. I’ve been all, “all bruschetta, all the time” lately. Bruschetta spooned on top of chicken, tossed into leftover pasta or just piled on a crispy cracker … so much yum!
And today, I am sharing a super easy twist on classic bruschetta with just 5 ingredients and feta cheese! Yay for cheese!
The Easiest 5-Ingredient Feta Bruschetta Recipe
Look at those bright red tomatoes, slivers of basil, bits of garlic and of course, those feta cheese crumbles … this is a bruschetta that will forever grace my cheese board and party spreads from here on out!
Now, every great topping needs the perfect cracker, am I right? Requirements include:
- Lots of surface area – I need all of the circumference possible to load up with flavor
- Great texture – not too crumbly and loaded with crunchy bits
- Interesting flavor – life is too short for plain crackers, friends
So, feast your eyes on quite possible my favorite and most perfect cracker of late … Breton Artisanal Sweet Potato and Ancient Grains!

The sweet potato adds a hint of sweetness while the quinoa provides awesome crunch in these Breton Artisanal Sweet Potato and Ancient Grains crackers. Breton has lots of flavors and varieties, made with wholesome ingredients, so I keep them stashed in my pantry for appetizers and snacks.
Stack ’em up and spread them out on a board to pair with your favorite nibbles! For a snack smorgasbord, I added a bowl of briny olives, some salami rounds and of course, my 5-Ingredient Feta Bruschetta!
I would recommend keeping an eye on this bruschetta topping, because it will go quick! Better make a double batch just to be safe 😉
The Easiest 5 Ingredient Feta Bruschetta Recipe
- 2 1/2 cups diced Roma or Plum tomatoes
- 1/2 - 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 2 tablespoons balsamic olive oil viniagrette
- 1 1/2 teaspoons lightly dried basil or 1 tablespoon chopped fresh basil
- 1/2 cup feta cheese crumbles
- Salt & pepper to taste optional
Stir together tomatoes, garlic, viniagrette and basil and refrigerate until serving.
Just before serving, stir in the feta cheese crumbles and enjoy!
