Need a pretty little dessert for a tea party, Valentine’s Day or a floral themed brunch? Our no-bake Rose Garden Brownie Bites fit the bill and couldn’t be easier to make!
If you’ve spent any time nosing around here at Shaken Together, you already know that I am a HUGE fan of no-bake desserts. Now, I love a batch of cupcakes just as much as the next girl. And a pan of warm cookies and a big glass of milk can certainly send me to my happy place. But give me a few minutes and a handful of ingredients and I’ll whip up an easy no bake dessert for any party, get together or holiday! Case in point:
Rose Garden Brownie Bites
After a few mugs of Cupid Cocoa, I still had some gummi roses left over. Since I am not one to ever waste candy and since a purchase of brownie bites has never steered me wrong before, this recipe was a sure thing! Here is what you’ll need to make a batch of Rose Garden Brownie Bites:
Ingredients / Supplies
- Brownie Bites (purchased or homemade)
- Chocolate frosting (purchased or homemade)
- Gummi roses – I used these
- Green piping gel – I used this one
These Rose Garden Brownie Bites are as easy as 1-2-3!
- Frost brownie bite with a small amount of chocolate frosting. (This is the ‘glue’ to hold the gummi rose on.)
- Place gummi rose in the center of the brownie bite.
- Add several leaves around the rose with the piping gel.
Here, I even made you a little video to show you how easily you can make these for your next party or get together!
They are so pretty perched on a white cake stand … it really makes the colors pop!
P.S. If you can’t already tell, I’m totally in love with this cake stand. I’ve already used it for cookies and mason jar Valentines, too. I snagged it at Target in the Dollar Spot but if you can’t find it, here are a few similar finds: white metal cake stand, white vintage style cake stand and white scallop edge cake stand.
Now, I normally tell my husband NO flowers for Valentine’s Day, but I wouldn’t mind a dozen of these Rose Garden Brownie Bites showing up on my doorstep 😉
