Two words: Uh. Mazing. So amazing, that I had to make that into two words. Seriously that good. These combine two of the best things on the planet … chocolate chip cookie dough and chocolate!!
Now, let’s get
First, in a large bowl, cream together:
- 1 cup butter (2 sticks), softened
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 3/4 granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/3 cup milk (I used skim)
In a separate bowl, stir together:
- 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
Add the dry mixture in several batches to the wet mixture and mix well.
Finally, use a wooden spoon or spatula to stir in:
- 1 cup mini chocolate chips
(The best part?! You can lick the spoon
or even sneak a teaspoon or three of dough with no nagging worry about salmonella – there are no eggs!!!)
Just look at that soft cookie dough center … mmm!! I made a second batch dipped in dark chocolate that were just as divine as the white chocolate … I mean really, it’s cookie dough dipped in chocolate … can that ever be bad?
