I hate to show up to a party or get together empty handed … don’t you?! I mean, if you know me, I can normally whip up something sweet … but I wanted a summer hostess gift to keep on hand for a last minute thank you. Candles and chocolate are great … but they may melt in the summer heat. (And holy hot summer, Batman!! I mean come.on.) Then, it hit me … show your host/hostess how cool you think they are with a fun summer hostess gift of popsicles!!! {Create this} just got cooler!!
Wrap a brightly colored ribbon around your box of ice pops. Use a popsicle stick/tongue depressor, some paper scraps, stamps/ink and a bow of bakers twine to add a cute popsicle gift card! I even added a “bite” out of my popsicle by using my scallop circle paper punch
If you are super crafty, you can include a few felt/fleece popsicle holders – here is a great tutorial from Under the Table and Dreaming – to keep little fingers warm while enjoying these cool treats
This hostess gift doesn’t have to be refrigerated and since a box of these summer treats are only a few bucks, you can stock up to keep them on hand for a cool summer gift!!
