{taste this} chocolate chocolate no bake cheesecake pie

Allow me to repeat that ... chocolate.chocolate.no-bake.cheesecake.pie.

Mmmm hmmm.  You will want to {taste this} and {taste this} and {taste this}!!  This confection perfection is SO easy to put together - five minutes tops!  This pie will make you a few new best friends, I swear ;)  Take a gander at what all the fuss is about ...

chocolate chocolate no bake cheesecake pie
Yield:  1 fluffy pie of awesomeness that you will NOT want to share

1 pre-made Oreo chocolate pie crust (or make your own)
One 8 oz. tub of Kraft Philadelphia milk chocolate cream cheese spread, softened
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
One 8 oz. tub of thawed Cool Whip

Mix the milk chocolate cream cheese spread, vanilla extract and granulated sugar until smooth.  Fold in the Cool Whip until just incorporated - don't over mix.  Pour this creamy chocolate cheesecake mixture into the pie shell, sprinkle with mini chocolate chips and refrigerate for at least two hours.  Have Hershey's syrup or hot fudge on hand to garnish.

The darkly chocolate cookie crust is a great contrast to the light and fluffy but still oh-so-chocolatey no-bake cheesecake filling ... I'm can assure you this will take care of even the most severe of chocolate cravings!!

Sometimes ... it's just the simple things in life that make me the happiest!  Oh, and chocolate helps ;)  If you're not into chocolate (I know there are some of you out there), try my summer no-bake raspberry pies!

I’m partying at the Pi Day Pie Party at Crazy for Crust today. Come party with us!

This project or recipe was shared at the blogs on my Link page!
